Integrity Golf Company, the 15th largest golf management company in the world, announced that officials of Brevard County in Florida named Integrity Golf the new operator of its three publicly owned courses.
The lease agreement with Brevard County Parks and Recreation is effective February 1and features three 18-hole layouts including: The Habitat in Grant-Valkaria, The Savannahs on Merritt Island and Spessard Holland near Melbourne Beach.
Part of the agreement covers Integrity Golf investing in a number of capital improvement projects at the courses such as buying new golf carts,and making other upgrades to the facilities.
Orlando, Fla.-based Integrity Golf now has 27 facilities under management in the state.
The Brevard County transaction also completes Integrity Golf’s Central Florida network with properties now managed in each of the Orlando-area’s five surrounding counties: Lake, Orange, Osceola, Brevard and Volusia.
Other publicly owned properties under management in Florida include nationally ranked Orange County National Golf Center and Lodge in Orlando, Tiger Point Golf Club in Gulf Breeze, Casselberry Golf Club, Sanford’s historic Mayfair Country Club and Kissimmee Golf Club.

The Habitat and Savannahs are par-72 championship courses and Spessard Holland is a shorter 18-hole, par-67 executive course.

Integrity Golf Company owns and/or operates 40 private clubs, daily-fee facilities, municipal courses and golf resort properties throughout the United States. It has an 18-hole equivalent count of 44 courses throughout Florida, New York, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina and Kentucky.
