Company adds Manhattan Country Club and Midvale Country Club to growing list of courses it provides services for

Landscapes Golf Management (LGM) added two more contracts this month, on top of four earlier in the summer. The most recent additions are Manhattan Country Club in Kansas and Midvale Country Club near Rochester, New York.

LGM is based out of Nebraska and is already one of the largest management companies in the Midwest and the agreement at Manhattan Country Club in Kansas adds to its lead.

LGM will be responsible for overseeing golf and club operations, food and beverage, agronomy and membership and club marketing services for the private club. This club has been using services from LGM since 2011, but recently added more services.

“We are very excited to expand our scope of services to Manhattan Country Club”, said Landscapes Golf Management President, Tom Everett.  “We look forward to bringing our expertise in member service, programming, food and beverage operations and course conditions to elevate the member experience.”

Manhattan Country Club offers 18 holes of golf, a full-service clubhouse, and aquatic and fitness facilities.  The Club has a long-standing tradition in Kansas golf, hosting State Men’s and Women’s Amateurs, as well as the Kansas high school championships.

In New York, LGM will be providing accounting services for Midvale Country Club. The private golf course is located in the rolling hills of Penfield, a few miles east of Rochester, New York.

According to a news release by LGM, Midvale is a Championship 18-hole course that was first designed and built by world-renowned architect Robert Trent Jones, Sr. The course selected LGM after another LGM client recommended its services.

“The greatest compliment we can receive is a referral from a member of another property in our portfolio and we look forward to working with the Midvale CC management team and Board of Directors,” Everett said.

Landscapes Golf Management is a division of Landscaped Unlimited and was founded in 1988. In May, we wrote about four new agreements that LGM added to its portfolio. Read that story here.
